SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES

We operate on a first come first served basis. However, we appreciate that circumstances can throw a spanner in the works from time to time. Whilst we aim to work to a fixed turnaround time, it is possible to make exceptions for urgent jobs. However, this will incur an additional Priority Fee of £50.00 per job if you require the work to be completed within 10 days.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

It is the responsibility of the client to deliver and collect their memorials from us at our workshop. If circumstance renders it impossible to do so, we can arrange for pick up or delivery at our convenience for an additional fee of £30 each trip.

In addition, in order to facilitate a faster turnaround and maximise workshop space, we request that all completed memorials be collected no later than 7 working days after notification of completion.
